As a founder of VEG-i-TEC, my research focuses on research in food process technology, microbiology, and quality systems in the food industry, with deep expertise in vegetable and potato processing, water treatment, and hygienic design. We contribute to national and international projects, including EU-funded initiatives, emphasizing microbial and chemical quality. We conduct lab- and pilot-scale research on measuring in-, on-, and at-line process parameters, enhancing the optimization and control of food processing techniques. This research accelerates industrial application, fostering innovation and practical solutions for quality, efficiency, and sustainability in the food sector.
