The Laboratory of Cereal & Feed Technology specializes in studying the quality of grains, pseudocereals, and seeds for food applications, with a focus on innovative bakery products. We examine raw material quality and functional properties. Additionally, we apply extrusion technologies for creating diverse products, including pet food and meat analogues. Our research aims to enhance product quality, optimize processing techniques, and contribute to healthier, more sustainable food solutions for both humans and animals.
