Ximena Raynafarje La Rosa

Since 2020, I am working as Innovation Officer at Ghent University, supporting researchers and companies in co-developing solutions for sustainable food systems and the bioeconomy. My work spans biostimulants, biocontrol products, alternative feed, and novel ingredients. Through Food2Know, I contribute to projects on food safety, mycotoxin detection, preservation, sustainable feed, and communicating good agricultural practices to build trust across the food chain. I received my PhD in bioscience engineering from KU Leuven.
